Get in Touch
If a statewide school date needs checking or the Hawaiʻi DOE has published a newer calendar, please send the details so we can review the source.
What to Include
- The school year, such as 2026–2027
- The date or event that needs review
- A link to the official DOE calendar, amended PDF, or school announcement
- The school, island, or grade if the date applies to a particular group of students
The correction form includes the page address and any available school-year details. When reporting from the homepage, select the relevant school year before opening the form.
Official Source Links
Links to the DOE calendar library, an official school calendar PDF, or a school’s own announcement are the most useful references. If you send a screenshot, include the public source link when available.
Questions for Your School
Hawaii School Calendar is an independent website. For enrollment, transportation, attendance, grading, school activities, a senior’s final day, or the Institute Day assigned to an island, contact your school or the Department of Education directly. Holomua Elementary and public charter schools follow separate calendars.
